Highlights of District Meeting
4/20/08

Several new Four Day dates were approved. Click on the STATE CALENDAR.

Recruiting is top priority. A Visioning Meeting is set for July 19 from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm. All Advisory Councils should make plans to attend at a location to be announced.

Approved a change in policy to allow the kitchen manager to have an advance in order to purchase food when the need is large. 

All advisory councils should send deposit information to the Financial Secretary.  For E-mail send to FinancialSec@kairosoklahoma.org  The Kairos Oklahoma post office mail box is still valid for US Mail.

Torch Team Requirements

The Kairos Torch National office is enforcing its policy that all Torch volunteers must complete a clearance packet and be approved by the national office if they want to participate in any Torch related functions. This approval is separate from the approval done by Rader to go into their facility. The $25 fee is being waved at this time. Please click here to get the paperwork.
